In March 2024 we contracted with Amazing Outdoors to build a pool and patio. We paid a significant deposit with the guarantee that the work would be completed by August 1. AO abandoned the project less than half completed. We wired them 3 payments in June, July and August. These payments included a deck bridge on which they started work without securing a building permit (which owner Matt Simpson told us he had) and didn't follow the architects' plans: the work they started will have to be redone. The payments also include an automatic pool cover ($12,500.00) we did not receive and $3,500.00 for site restoration. In August we wired him an amount to cover all remaining materials: we did not receive them. It has come to our attention that this is standard practice for him: to collect money up front and leave projects abandoned. He is swindling people and leaving their yards dangerous hazards, with unfinished steps, no railings, unfenced pools and construction debris. We are in contact with six other of his clients who have had the same experience and we know there are more. Since beginning our project, he has closed down his physical office and is reachable only at a UPS mail box. He has updated his website to make it more attractive to potential clients. He continues to commit fraud, taking money from new customers without performing the contracted work.

STAY AWAY! Don't ignore the other terrible reviews. This company will make promises and deliver nothing but excuses. They do not have enough employees to complete simple jobs and sub out everything. Weeks of nothing being done will go by and they'll have zero motivation to get back to work. Take your hard earned money to a more honest company!

They're dishonest and do not follow through and do not complete the service.

The technician came out and was able to solve the problem and ended up saving me money in the end.

Calling them was a breeze. They are by far the best price from all the ones I called. Kathleen answered the call and was very informative, she also told me how much it could cost based on the scenario I gave her. It was a bit lower when they came out. Rex was the technician that came out and was super professional. He also explained a couple of things I could do to save money and tweak it to my system. I will use them moving forward. They have great plan to sign up for winterization and summerization of the system. Better than any of the other vendors.

Technicians arrived as scheduled, determined problems with sprinkler system, and performed repairs. Work was done expeditously and knowledgeably. Price was reasonable for the work performed. .

They were running late, but their office kept me informed. Quickly turned on sprinkler system and reviewed plans they offered which were very reasonable.

Hired them to winterize and reactive the speaker system. Their prices are reasonable.

Conserva Irrigation showed up promptly and took care of my irrigation needs in an expedited manner. Their rates were reasonable, and the guys were very friendly.

They did a wonderful job, they returned our call, updated to an earlier time and most importantly provided quality efficient work.

After scheduling for work, no one showd up. Called many times until they showd up after dark at 5:39 pm or so.

Showed up on time. Did a very good job. Asked them to give me a quote on replacing some landscaping lights. They said they would send me one, but I have not heard back yet.
