Although the work that Gary did was decent, his follow through is not. We have been waiting since fall to have a front door installed which was custom ordered, this was to help with the heating bills through winter. The door became available shortly after (still fall timeframe). This and some repair work on the original project were to be done during that time. Fast forward to May and numerous calls and excuses later regarding the repair and the front door. Now suddenly Gary is eager to put the door in. I no longer want the door and refuse to pay for it...and I'm still waiting for the other repair to be done.

He quickly reviewed my needs, provided a written estimate, and upon my decision to engage his services, worked out a date for the work to be done. He arrived on time, did an excellent job completing a laundry list of small projects, and cleaned up when he was finished. He is friendly and professional. I would definitely hire him again.
