They did a great job from the salesman to the roofers. Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. I hope I don.t ever need it but the 50 year / unlimited wind guarantee isnice and it's even transferable if i ever want to move

I was very pleased with the performance of the contractor. The crew was knowledgeable and each crewmember knew exactly what he was to do. The job site was laid out to benefit the speed of the crew. The job was completely within expectation. Greatly impressed.

Scheduling was a little complicated as we were in the midst of tropical storms passing through. But the day of installation was awesome. Everything finished, from demo to install in a matter of hours. They arrived in the morning and were done by mid-afternoon.

Very professional, on time, crew didn't waste anytime. Would hire again if I ever needed another roof...

Great work

Very Professional explained everything they were doing and all questions were answered on the spot. Had Job Site Forman and Job Site Manager. Everything arrived at one time (supplies, dumpster, equipment and crew). They cleaned the whole yard front and rear. There were no nails or trash anywhere once they were done.

Very happy with the results. The crew and the crew boss ran magnets over the yard to pick up nails. I've mowed the yard twice and the mower has not gotten a single roofing nail. Roof looks great.

The project manager stayed at the site all day and the roofers were excellent. Very professional people. I highly recommend them.

For my application it took one day and the roofing crew never left the roof until it was finished and inspected by the superintendent. Van Starling did a great job talking through our options, what we can expect during installation, and answered all our questions. A spot opened early so we were able to get the job done sooner than expected. All the work was able to be done in one day and the crew did a great job cleaning the work site. We are very happy with our new roof.

Great crew. Very efficient and professional. This was a seasoned crew that arrived on time, didnâ t waste time, and worked through hard pouring rain, and blazing sun. Cleanup well done, canâ t tell they were here at all. No money paid until project completed and accepted. We couldnâ t have picked a better group of folks. We actually picked this crew because of their rep, Van Starling. After meeting with him, we knew that our home would be in good hands. He didnâ t disappoint.

Van Sterling, Consolidated Roofing Systems Personnel and Roofing Crew were professional, courteous, and provided a worry free installation. They prepared us, our house for this large project, then cleaned up every step of the way. My husband and I had a worry free project and new roof in 2 days. These guys are a step above any other group I've seen in many years. Mr. Sterling supervised the job personally and treated us with the most respect anyone could imagine. Can’t say enough about this company. I’ve had roofing work in the past and usually it was by someone we knew and could do a cheap job quickly. Needless to say you get what you pay for. They mapped the roof of each of the three buildings we needed done. The program gives them precise measurements that result in precise material estimates. Meaning no wasted material. We were visited to discuss the plan and went over each and every step in the process from prepping the area to clean up after. They don’t just show up and slap shingles on. They have a plan , in writing, that details the whole job. All of the material estimates are right in front on you and they explain the quality of each of them and why they use them. They showed up on time. The crew was professional. The owner even showed up both days to check on the progress and walked around with a magnet picking up nails. I have no doubt that the work we just had done will last until we are both dead and gone. Got an incredible warranty from a well known and time proven company for the material and installation. There are cheaper places to get a roof but none of them…NONE of them can provide you the quality that Consolidated Roofing can. Mine will last forever, the others will need to be redone at some point. I would highly recommend that you talk to them if you want the best roofing installation in the area.
