Constantin Service, LLC is a high quality, residential and commercial cleaning service to customers throughout NJ area. We are BBB members and ICCRC Certified Company. Our mission: To set new standards for cleaning excellence by combining competitive pricing, flexible hours�and superior service. We promise to take care in keeping your home clean while we complete the job. It would be pointless to have a rug cleaned, but in the process, the area left in shambles. This would include the area in which the technician was cleaning, and the area in which any products were mixed. All wastewater will be disposed in safe place. We proudly use environmental carpet cleaning detergents, such as Chemspec-Ecogent and DFC (detergent free cleaner) products for better carpet cleaning results. Our carpet cleaning specialist will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. They will identify potential permanent stains and give you the evaluation of expected results. Our cleaning equipment combined with the unique cleaning process will ensure your carpets are cleaned thoroughly. We inject cleaning solutions at high pressures deep into the carpet and extract it back out instantly. Our carpet cleaning method (hot water extraction) is recommended by almost every carpet manufacturer. With the many types of carpeting made today, it is important to use a knowledgeable carpet cleaner. We can care for carpets in need of special care! Regularly cleaning your upholstery will help to restore the fresh look and extend the life of your sofas, armchairs and mattresses. Why waste money on store bought products that do not work? Clean Carpets or Rugs in a Home

Mr. Constantin is a consummate professional. I would have to fill a page to record all the positive things I have to say about this fine man. He cleaned all of my carpets (which were stained and dirty) and removed all the stains, including 4-year old rubber cement. My carpets gleams. Mr. Constantin also cleaned my sofa sectional and that is sparkling. And he resealed and regrouted my bathtub and tiles. This was a real challenge. I had tried to do this myself and made a complete mess of things. Mr. Constantin removed all of the mess and did the most beautiful job--it looks brand new. All done in about 5 hours at a very fair price.

He was very professional and came to the house to give us a quote as opposed to quoting us over the phone. As often when this happens the price seems to go up once they see the project. He explained everything that he did and what chemicals he used which was great since we have a 2 year old--very safe and we were satisfied with the outcome.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
