Christian Brothers Grading & Landscape

The price was increased the morning of job start. They were planning to leave a one foot gap between the lane repair and my brand new driveway apron!! They were on site during the concrete work to quote the asphalt work. I specifically wanted to connect the new apron to sound new asphalt lane. Then they showed up unannounced, dug up old asphalt and piled in the middle of the lane blocking lane use for four households. Just what I told them we must avoid. They DON'T own the professional machines needed and do it this work by hand (asphalt temperatures are low by the time they are done.) The cost for two inches of hand placed asphalt (they did roll it in) was over $13 per sq foot. 10x50 piece of driveway cost $6500!! My steel reinforced concrete slab over 4" thick installed and finished cost under $15 per sq foot. Christian Bros has convinced me that concrete is the for more durable and much stronger option. Based on their asphalt work I would not recommend this contractor.

This is the company you want for grading/gravel work. They did an amazing job on our gravel driveway.

Scott & Alex were professional, friendly, and very efficient from quote to project completion. The gentlemen dismantled my old fence, put up the new fence, answered all inquiries and hauled away the old fence parts all in less than 8 hours. I am pleased with the end result!

Overall, did a fine job. Could have done a little more cleanup, but otherwise all good

Update (August 2025) - We just hired Christian Bros. for a second project to sealcoat our driveway. Awesome 5-Star job again by Shane and his crew. They even came out on a Sunday to get the job done for us during a break in the rainy weather we’ve had this summer. We definitely recommend Christian Brothers Grading & Landscape. They recently finished a retaining wall & drainage project for us and they were just excellent all around. Kenneth, Wyatt, and Austin did amazing work. They listened to all of our questions, made great suggestions, provided estimates for different options, and completed everything when they said they would. We'll be calling them again for future projects.

Wyatt and his team went above and beyond while working on our driveway. They spread a decorative gravel, evenly and beautifully, and we are so grateful for this service. We recently had a disaster of a backyard redone. There was a lot of prep work, shrubs and stumps removed, etc They cleared the entire area, brought in dirt, and then laid sod. They also trimmed up and mulched our front, and side yard. There was good communication, they showed up everyday once they started, and finished it up much sooner than I expected. We will need more done in the future and I will definitely call them for our landscaping needs again.

They were unbelievable fast in responding to my query. I had a call back within 10 minutes. An estimate within 30 minutes. And the work was completed within 90 minutes. Great staff to work with!

These guys were wonderful- reliable, thorough, and professional, and did great work! They quickly repaired my driveway after Helene flooding, then came back later, brought multiple trucks of rock, graded extensively, built a retaining wall, trenched for new electrical lines, removed huge trees, and cleaned everything up nicely! After Helene I was washing away when it rained. The guys came out and put up. A retaining wall, put in pipes to keep the water from coming into my yard and also put in a drain to help with the water. I highly recommend these guys to do any kind of landscaping. They are number 1 in my book. Also they were so nice.
