About us
In a long professional building design career, we've worked on Residential (new homes, additions & alterations), Commercial (medical & dental offices, 'vanilla box' spaces, general offices), Churches, Day Care Facility's, Restaurants (fast food & casual dining), Hotels/Motels, Senior Facilities, etc. We opened our business in 2000. We've primarily worked on Residential Structures ('McMansions' in Governs Club in Brentwood to 1,500 s.f. house in Columbia) & various Churches. We take due diligence in all the Design Phases - P, Preliminary / SD, Schematic Design & the final phase, CD, Construction Documents. Additional services provided are CAD drafting & 'As-Built' drawings of existing structures. We welcome the opportunity to meet your design or CAD drafting needs.
