Construction Done Differently. Construction Corps is a veteran-owned design-build general contractor based in Clearwater, serving Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. We handle home additions, ADUs, whole-home renovations, new home builds, commercial tenant improvements, and storm, water, and mold build backs. Design and plans come first, so each project is planned around a realistic budget before construction starts. Our W-2 field crews and vetted trade partners work under one contract, backed by in-house design, engineering, electrical, and plumbing licenses.
