Construction Express, LLC

I purchased a product that has lifetime service from this company, but they won't come out and provide the service. They won't respond to my emails or phone calls. I am forced to have to take legal action.

Company was easy to work with, professional and right on target for the money. The project was completed on time and I am very pleased with the end result. Dominic and his father are a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again without question.

My purchase and installation of my new replacement windows was generally a gcame out. I had signed a contract with another company to do the work but after ood experience. I was really impressed by the knowledge and expertise of Dominick the sales rep. who talking with Dominick who showed me the Sunrise Window and gave me a great price, I cancelled with the other company. I was very disappointed with the manufacturer's ability to deliver my windows in a timely fashion. However, Dominick was able to extend a discount which was given by the manufacturer. This really expressed Construction Express' desire to keep me as a satisfied customer.

I had six Sunrise casement windows installed. Dominick was very professional and dependable. He responded quickly to my requests, always answered my questions, and addressed my concerns after the windows were installed. His installation crew was efficient and neat. They worked well together and cleaned up all debris. I definitely would recommend Construction Express to others that are looking for replacement windows.

It was Fabulous! Dominick came out to take a look at my window and after he listened to my concerns, he showed me what he could do to rectify the problem. He wasn't pushy at all and he even suggested the possibility of repairing my window to save money, but after hearing everything that he had available, I decided to have him do all of the windows. He was the only honest person I talked to out of everyone. This company is a real diamond-in-the-rough! The installation was easy, stress-free, and a complete joy. Dominick was great, Terry, his head carpenter was courteous and sooo respectful of my home. I highly, highly recommend this company!

We purchased 11 replacement windows for our home. The sales pitch was low pressure and offered valuable information on Sunrise windows and the warranties from both the window company and the installation. The day of installation, the crew was on time, completed all work within the time that was quoted to us, and cleaned up after installation. The company performed a post installation inspection prior to the final payment. We have been very pleased with their service and would recommend them to others. We also plan on using them for future projects.

I am very happy with the work that was done on the house. It was one of the coldest days of the year while they were putting windows in, but they worked hard to get the job done. The owner was very helpfull when I deciding what I wanted for the house. I would definitely use Construction Express again.
