Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install

We hired this company to install tile floors and a custom tile shower unit. The floors are OK but the shower has been nothng short of a disaster! Tiles have lifted and the water-proofing is not working. This moisture has caused damage to the integrity of the shower, bathroom floor, adjoining master closet wood floor, and kitchen ceiling. We've contacted the insurance company, and although they will pay for the damage, we are left with the expense of ripping out the entire shower and paying to have it done correctly - thousands of dollars! Did I mention the MOLD! A total nightmare. Do yourself a favor - avoid this guy!
