Septic System Repair

This company was hired to discover and fix a problem with the grinder system that services our home. The personnel working on the project were very cordial and easy to communicate with. At the time I did notice that each step they took, they were communicating with someone and taking pictures before they did anything. It took two days. They explained the situation and we felt the problem was fix. We noticed soon after that the troubleshooting light kept coming on and then the alarm would go off quite often. When we called to ask if they would put the area they worked on back like it was and told them about the alarm going off, we received a "nothing" - we don't fix the area we tear up and shrugged off the alarm going off. That was $6800 ago and now someone else is having to come out and redo what they did because it was not done the correct way. Of course, it is obvious we will never use or recommend this company again. I would never recommend this company.
