This was supposed to be a simple paint the walls in the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and replace the carpeting in 2 bedrooms with vinyl plank flooring. 9 months later the house is unlivable. RJ, Randy, or Jay (whichever name he currently is using) told us the electricity throughout needed to be rewired and would be completed in 2 weeks. We were told we had to move out of our home while the work was completed. It has been almost 3 months. When my daughter stopped them from putting drywall over a junction box and questioned their licensing she was threatened with having a cease and desist order filed against her for slowing the project down. This was relayed to her by the project manager and said to be coming from Larry. When asking what licenses and insurance the company has nobody could provide any information. None of the workers knew what the city codes were for plumbing or electric. No permits were filed with the city for the electric or plumbing work. The city inspectors were contacted, the electric was not up to code and we are still waiting for the plumbing inspection. The workers left to paint in a copper sink, left soda cans, and food throughout the house. Cigarette butts and soda cans were littered outside of the home. Our small shark vacuum was used to clean up drywall dust. Our furniture has been ruined and essentially we are homeless until we can repair the damage.

RJ was unbelievably knowledgeable in the construction world. He helped with insurance company and could support his position with years of expertise. He wanted to get to the bottom of the issues causing the roof leaking. Amazing amt of hours spent working on the project Pre . Hire them!!
