Construction and Extreme Renovations

This company does poor quality work, not aware of the residential building code. This company replaced some rotten floor joist and did not get all the rotten wood replaced, and did not block the joist properly on top of block priers. They did not install decks properly according to code, the inspector requested to install two bolts per 4x4 post they installed one. I spoke with the Alejandro about all issues, he said he would fix everything but they did not. Alejandro don't manage his workers, he only wants money. Make sure to check these guys work. I would not hire these guys, he says he will give you the best price but his cost is just as high as the next contractor. They also double work, because they have no idea how to work in order that make sense. They also drank alcohol on the job. That's probably why they don't get any of their work right the first time. Poor quality and poor management.

Alajandro does great work! Happy with how my accent wall turned out. Would hire him again.

I was completely satisfied with the completed work, I would definitely hire him again!

Mr. Salazar did a nice job on my project. He communicated well and listened to my needs and concerns. I started out with a poorly painted front door and shutters in need of a fresh coat of paint and the completed project looks great. The front of my new home looks just like new. Satisfied customer.

Fast response for my request for work. Repairs were made quickly and professionally. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service and good communication I recommend it!

The result exceeded my expectations. My kitchen looks modern and functional!

Responsible and a good job. I recommend it 100%!!
