Move-Out Deep Cleaning Did Not Meet Expectations. We hired this company for a move-out deep cleaning with a detailed checklist. Some areas were cleaned well (stovetop, windowsills, baseboards, and wood floors), but many items were left incomplete, including cabinet exteriors and tops, door frames, banister slats, vents, light fixtures, bathroom walls, and the basement floor. The team arrived 30 minutes late. The original quote was $300 for three hours, but after inspecting all three levels, Consuelo stated it would only take two hours and later sent an invoice for $250. When we emailed photos and attempted to address the incomplete items, the responses we received were unprofessional and included insulting language rather than a constructive effort to resolve the matter. We ultimately reached an agreement and paid a reduced amount. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for a move-out deep clean.

This is a follow-up review for Consuelo Cleaning Service. Their team came in the AM—there was confusion about the services to be provided...I contacted them and they fixed the problem promptly and did a very good job!

The house was well cleaned but I'd asked for a fridge cleanout, and specifically asked for that wehtn requesting services...the team had left the house, and did not return after I texted them. Should have had a look before they left, but took them on faith that they would do what I'd requested. Nice cleaning work but disappointed they didn't complete services as requested.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They ended up breaking one of the kitchen drawers and when I asked the owner what happened they told me it was already broken. I know for a fact it was not broken prior because I just installed them a few days before they cleaned my house. They refused to compensate or even admit that they damaged the drawer. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The price and the work were fine, but Consuelo and team were always late without any notice. At first, it was only 20-30 minutes late, but they were later and later with each visit, eventually 2 hours late. I always made sure to book the first appointment of the day so I could go to work afterward and if they are late then I am late going to work. I would text every single time asking if they were still coming and Consuelo would respond that they were close - for over an hour. They also completely no-showed on a friend of mine who I had given their number to (and warned her of their lateness!). The lack of consideration for my time/schedule was eventually too frustrating and I had to ask them to cancel/not come back.

She did an amazing job. I can’t remember the last time my house was this clean. She is very thorough and did a wonderful job!

They went above and beyond! I had a difficult project, really didn't think it could be done and they not only were able to clean it but they will continue to make sure it's maintained every month. I will definitely be having her come back every month! And she is a sweetheart!

I did not need for them to clean much, because I was not completely moved out, but paid full price. I expected more thorough cleaning, because they did not have to do oven, refrigerator or kitchen cabinets and I paid for 3 hours. However, they did not dust, as requested. I left the cleanout list required by owner and it was totally ignored. This was the main reason for hiring the cleaning service. They did a good job on the bathrooms though. I wanted for this to work out, as I need a monthly cleaning service.

Very well! They are alway fast and friendly. They don't mind that my two pups are alway curious about what they are doing. On the rare occasion that I notice something isn't perfect all I have to do is bring it to their attention and they fix it without hesitation. I have been using them for years.

Consuelo's cleaning service were punctual, professional and extremely thorough in cleaning my house. I was thoroughly impressed with the manner in which they cleaned my home, especially the bathrooms. They even cleaned areas that had not been assigned. I called them immediately upon expecting the work they did and hired them to become permanent cleaners. I highly recommend them to others.
