"Our business is not a storefront. Our garage is centrally located for us to go to customers homes and offices. 97% of our business is on customer premises. We almost always go to our clients homes for business. In order to save clients money, they can drop off area rugs to our shop to avoid additional pick up and delivery charges . Per your request you wanted to drop off your area rug at our shop for over a $40 savings. My home is located in Fairport and this client was located in the city. Our shop was closer to the client.
