Complete Home Inspection
An electronic version of the final report was not available and would have been convenient for the real estate agent and anyone else needing a readable copy. The inspection report was an extensive booklet with two carbon sheets per page. The information was readable on the first carbon sheet but the second carbon sheet couldn't be relied on completely because the sheet would slip causing some of the checkmarks to appear in a different section than what the original and the first carbon sheet would reflect. Also, a home inspector, who is completely familiar with HVAC systems and not just construction, is one to consider hiring.
