Contemporary Home Construction is a very good company. I recently availed services from them and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Their teams expertise and creativity shines through every aspect of the project. They were attentive to my preferences, communicated effectively and kept me informed throughout. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

CHC completed a 3 month renovation of my home at the beginning of 2022. I found them to be very reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. So far, I don't have any complaints about the quality of their work. Some things that stood out for me: 1. The communication is very prompt. I was able to get a response either immediately or within an hour or two. 2. This was my first remodel, and Siamak was very helpful and patient with answering my questions and helping me pick out all the materials. He also walked me through various options, even if it meant reducing the amount of work. 3. I have been able to provide feedback and get some follow up work done with no issues. I would definitely recommend their services, and will likely use their expertise for future projects.

Siam, the owner of Contemporary home construction is a wonderful person and a very nice, well mannered contractor. After meeting 20 different contractors for my home addition project, I finally found someone who showed deep commitment and responsibility. In need, he was always a call away or a text away unlike other contractors who don t care to even respond back on time. I hired him on additional projects after seeing a big sense of responsibility he has for his customers and their projects.

They did a great job adding a new closet and painting our living room. I am planning to have them back to do a flooring install.

We are currently in the planning phase of a project as we evaluate our options to move forward with our current house. We had previously used a smooth talking contractor, not on Home Advisor, who only completed about 70% of the job and just left us hanging. We contacted Siamak and he has been extremely responsive and provided advice on the project, even though we did not use his team originally. He has spent time with us to help us understand the structure of house, and review solutions that had been proposed and why those solutions work or why they may not work. He has ideas on how to practically complete our project, clearly not one of those fast tracking contractors who does a quick job, gets paid, and then runs away. The bottom line is that he and his team very insightful, detailed, and knowledgable, it has been a pleasure to work with him.

We were introduced to Siamak, the proprietor of Contemporary Home Construction last May when we bought our first home, which was a real fixer-upper. We have since had big and small projects done by Siamak and his team, including the addition of a bedroom and our home exteriors, and have had nothing but positive experiences throughout the process. Siamak and his crew are all thoroughly professional, courteous and very accessible. They approach any project as though it were their own and give it the level of personal care and attention that a home owner might. This means that they never compromise on quality of material or labor, and take great care that there are no loose ends (e.g. they will immediately call attention to say, a leaky pipe they may discover during the course of a remodel and immediately set about figuring out the best options to take care of the problem). And just like a home owner, they weigh costs and benefits and are honest about them, thus balancing looks and design with cost-effectiveness and practicality. Siamak, in particular brings both his own vast experience in the business and a thoughtfulness to each project that I have rarely seen in any industry, let alone construction. My husband and I often talk about how lucky we are to have found Contemporary Home Construction, and we have referred them to many of our friends, several of whom have had similar remodeling projects done by the company to great satisfaction. We are happy to be loyal customers of Contemporary Home Construction and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Contemporary Home Construction are very professional and great service provider. I have two bathrooms renovation done and living room can ceiling lights install to make our house look more modern. It s 1940 s build home but they did great job by thinking from owner s stand point. I wanted to install standard bathroom vanity but they suggested to install floating vanity. My bathroom look a lot larger and modern now. I am 120 percent satisfied with their service.

CHC would a good choice for home remodeling. We had clear contract and moved forward smoothly. They are experienced and able to cover almost all cases. CHC can do better on productivity and project follow-ups.

We bought a home in Redmond which needed a lot of renovation work like removing the popcorn ceiling,existing flooring removal and new floor installation,adding a brand new kitchen including cabinet installation, wall removal to make it a great room, bathroom remodeling, entry door installation and whole house exterior and interior painting. Siam worked with us through out the project giving ideas and suggestions. Also allowing us to choose our products and help us cutting the cost being a very big project. He gave price list for every single work. We compared the cost with a couple of others but Siam seemed to be reasonable. Also others came up for a minimum 5month timeline but Siam was able to complete within 2.5 months though he had a couple of other active projects. Excellent commitment and work.
