Tim came out to give the quote, said he would be able to run an HDMI cable out to the side of the wall, when he came back to do the install, he cut a whole in both sides of my wall saying after both tries he wasn’t able to do it. He shouldn’t have cut a second hole if you thought it wasn’t going to be different than the first. He said he would come back with his helper, only never to be heard from again. Poor planning on his part, he cut a hole larger than the back box he was going to install. He also said he would order the correct size back box for the hole he cut and install that when he came back... again, he was responsive for the first week and now he ignores my calls. DO NOT USE TIM!!!

We are Seniors and overwhelmed by "Smart" TVs. We needed a new 55 inch TV set up: connect to cable box, program, and teach us the basics to get the full enjoyment from our Sony 4K Ultra HD TV. Tim is excellent and took all the time we needed to make us comfortable. We were so impressed, we bought another TV for our bedroom and had him come back and install it the next day. Don't waste time waiting on Big Box squads...get a great installation with the personalized instruction to make you get the most from your Smart TV. He even got us on Netflix and taught us everything we needed to know to use it and other apps on our new TV. He will be there when he says he will and he will take the time you need to learn your new TV. If there was more than a 5 star rating, we would've given it to Tim.

I appreciated Tim coming out on the weekend to give me a quote to mount my new 60 inch 4k UHD television and connect the surround sound system. He and his partner arrived early the following Monday to complete the install. Both Tim and Duncan did an excellent job!

The technicians who came were very helpful. They offered to set up my TV and sound system. They cleaned up after they finished.

I hired Tim to come out and help with my home networking. He replied to my request immediately. Came out within a few days. Determined what my needs were. Made an appointment to come back within a few days for installation. All went well. While installing, he determined that I needed a different device in one area. He said he would receive it overnight and come back the next day to install. He called the next day and said it did not arrive. He apologized and, because I was heading out of town, we scheduled a date 21 days later for installation. He did not show up or call when that day came and passed. It is now 1 week later than the scheduled date. I have left him several voice messages and several text. He has yet to respond. I only hope he is safe and well. If so, his customer service stinks. It is so odd that something that seemed so positive on the front end ended up so negative. I initially referred him to several friends of mine. I am going to contact them today and tell them to remove his name from their lists. So disappointing. I will update if I EVER hear from him. So, take Tim Bennett off your list until further update. :/
