As a matter of fact the actual cost to clean your carpets was less than the estimate. As in any business, there usually is a charge for additional services , which we did not provide. We provided deep cleansing carpet cleaning, which included all spots that were not pet urine based. As always, we stand behind what we do and if you need us to come back, please let us know."
