There should be recommendations for the work of finishing off the remedial that was done. The spot in the ceiling is absolutely evident. Yes, Dean was up to his word in all that he did. His worker was spot on. The work was done with excellence and on schedule. Something that is not his fault but might have been , at least lightly checked for, the possibility of leaks that were not fixed. The rains have proven that there are still leaks.

Dean is excellent. He was friendly and kept me informed. He made sure my personal property was carefully packed and moved. An unrelated problem occurred while he was working in my house and he took the time to check it out and advise me how to deal with it.
