Paul was here the entire time and made sure that everything was perfect. Love the windows. They were not as expensive as I thought they would be. The men working here were professional and cleaned everything. They moved all the heavy furniture and replaced them after installation was done. If you need windows, I highly recommend them.

The 3 man crew arrived right on time. Measured all 11 of the existing windows prior to the start of the work. They covered all the floors inside & the work areas outside with drop cloths. I could tell by the care they took in removing the old windows that it was going to be a quality install. The job was completed in one day and when they were done, the inside & outside of the house were as clean as when they walked in. The windows look great & operate perfectly. 100% satisfied from start to finish. Paul our salesman is a great guy to work with. He made sure that the job was done right & that we were happy with the entire process.

Other places I got estimates from were higher. I was going to have to paint the wood inside the house around the patio door. The guys that installed my patio door painted the trim inside my house without me asking or knowing they were going to do it. What a GREAT surprise! My salesman was on the job with the workers the whole time they were here. He made sure all was done well!

They did great work. The installers were professional and courteous and prompt. My salesman, Paul, was not as helpful post-close of the sale as he was pre-close, but I guess that is to be expected with sales sometimes. He gave me excuses that he was out bidding jobs and if he was in the office he could have made it easier for me to schedule the second measurement the owner requires for custom window creation. He also sent me long text messages telling me he never said they'd rearrange everything just for me. I thought that was a little unnecessary and unprofessional. After all, I was not looking for an immediate install, just a reachout for an appointment with the same courtesy and passion as the sales appointment. I was more disappointed with Paul response then I was with the couple day wait to schedule the second measurement. In the end I got the appointment and the windows installed 9 days after I accepted the offer to hire them, so not bad. Would have been a perfect rating if not for the hiccup with Paul's strange and unprofessional handling in the customer service area post sale.

This was my first time doing business with Continental Windows. What a great experience! I needed to replace all windows in a rental property that is going for sale and Continental Windows were the right choice from the beginning. The project price was more than competitive, the quality of the product is great, and the installation was done in one day and with no issues. Paul Biasco is an excellent, customer oriented professional who does not hesitate to go the extra mile for total customer satisfaction. My property is in a city where inspectors are particularly difficult, and Paul and team dealt with them very effectively - even after I fully paid for the installation. I will definitely do business again and recommend them in the future.

With their salesman's insight and ingenuity, we were able to save several hundreds of dollars on our new windows. They did this by building the largest awning-style windows they had ever made for us. They look great! Their installation crew was very quick and thorough. I've already shared them with one of my own clients who placed an order.

Paul Biasco the sale representative is very good of what he is doing. The guys that put my windows are so professional, they are doing a real good job and yes I will for sure refer Continental to my friends and neighbor. In fact, there was one neighbor saw my windows and have Paul went to get their windows done too.

No building permit was retained from our village for the installation of these windows even though we requested it several times from the salesman and was assured it would be taken care of prior to signing the contract. The inspector just happened to come by the house when the installers were leaving and saw them. windows look really good but they have no clue of customer service.The owner f this company does not seem to care at all what happens.
