    Patrick did a fine job in testing the air quality both indoors and outdoors. Results confirmed the need for further evaluation by a remedial company. But, anyone should be aware that the testing is only part of the solution.

    Paul thank you for the fine review. I always try to go above and beyond the scope of work. My apologies if I did not reiterate my explanation of my services. I am listed as a testing and inspection company. I am not a remediation company. I tell my clients that I do not do remediation work. I tell them that my testing fees are less costly than a remediation company and that they need to be aware of collusion when a remediation company takes their own tests. I use the same worldwide laboratories that they do for the testing results. They may require some additional testing of their own for confirmation in complicated situations where mold is prevalent and can be physically seen. When I was a roofing consultant performing hours-long presentations, there were always clients that did not remember everything that was said in the presentation. When the work began and we found hidden defects, the clients were reluctant to pay for them. Therefore I would have to reperform the presentation that would indicate the added costs when we were to come across particular hidden defects. Again my appologies. Sincerely, Patrick
