Tina and Andy were before scheduled time and very friendly. My husband hired them for a post renovation clean up. Baseboards and walls were already clean, all we needed done was dusting of furniture, vacuuming and a good mop. Before the mop (the last step in their cleaning process) they asked me to take a look around and I did. I was not impressed. Windows sill were left untouched, only the glass was clean and most of them were only cleaned from inside. Toilet was left dirty as well, sink seemed like it was wiped with a wet rag.. I mean those big things distracted me from the minor things. I had to ask her to clean those things.. Later after they left and I went downstairs to take a look at my 'clean home', lets just say I had to dust my bedroom dresser, night stands, office table, closet all over again.. Windows were wiped with a wet rag cause I could see the water spots on them. My bathroom floor is still nasty, was not vacuumed or mopped. Toilet bowl had some sort of blue cleaner left in there and from the rusty lines I?d tell that they didn't bother to clean it with a brush. I closed the lid and there was toilet paper leftovers and dust behind it.. my shower door which is completely new had water spots on it. She was also asked to dust usual cleaners that go under the sink and were sitting on the kitchen counter atm, those were left JUST LIKE THAT. My wood floors look so dull and spotty. Just like windows. I've never given any review in my life but today I feel like it is my duty to alert people who ever think about hiring this company in future. I gave them $200 for coming to my home and spending two hours doing absolute nothing today so I do feel frustrated and very very disappointed. I really really wish I could post pictures in here to show you the aftermath of paying someone $200 and getting nothing cleaned. I will not recommend you use them. Like I said I do not ever leave reviews but this just straight up upset me. They knew I am pregnant and not feeling good and I feel they still ended up scamming me. Now I have to go downstairs with my toddler and clean the whole place all over again. Very very disappointed.

Tina and Andy are the best. This was a tenant move out. House was clean from top to bottom. Went over and above what I expected. Professional, friendly and reliable. Will recommend them to everyone I know.

I called and spoke with Ray and it was the last minute..I called at 11am they were by me to at 3:30/4:00..on time and went right to work..Ray and Tina are very friendly..they did a great job..I already booked for April.. Kudo's

I cannot praise Mary and her team enough for coming to help my Mom out at the last minute today. She moved out yesterday and we were so tired so I figured I see if anyone was available today. Mary was the only one that called me back. They did an outstanding job scrubbing 10 years worth a grime to make it look better than the day we moved her in there. The whole staff was very friendly and they quoted me 135 but I ended up giving them 150. Thank you so much, Mary, if I need anything again I will be sure to reach out to you.

Tina, Valorie and Scott came through the door and knew exactly what needed to be done. Went to work right away and asked if there was anything else needed doing. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will definitively recommend them to others.

I had an excellent experience with contour cleaning they went over and above and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
