Install went fine in August 2017, inspector for signing off permit did not show up until Nov /Dec and found several problems. Had to leave nasty email. It is almost August 2018 and my permit has still not been signed off. Very, very poor customer service.

Henry was the estimator, his bid was to replace an existing attic furnace with a Lenox dual-stage gas furnace and add a Lenox single-stage A/C in a 1600 sq. ft. two story home. The work started on time and was complete in 2-1/2 days. There was a continued lack of air to the 2nd story due to poor ducting from a previous installer. It took a month, however they fixed the problem at no additional cost. We're very pleased with the overall job and cost.

The service technician was very helpful and very knowledgeable about heating furnaces. Before, the work started, he explained in detail the scope of work to my wife and I. After the work was completed, the technician removed all boxes, debris, etc. and left the area clean. Also, he brought several new thermostats and explained each. We chose the Honeywell Touchscreen Vision Pro with Wi-Fi. We can operate the furnace remotely from our phone or I-Pad.

Sales rep was eager to sell so negotiated a competitive price and date of installation. Workers were prompt, clean and did as requested. Lengthy parts and labor warranty made me justify replacing A/C unit in late summer since everyone says related issues will surface within two months of installation. I still have to patch and paint but doubt any company would do this finish work. I recommend CCHVAC

Very easy to work with and offered exactly what was needed. Did not push expensive upgrades. Good communication without being pesky. Professional, yet friendly and confident. In addition to the replacement of two condensers, the techs removed an existing concrete mounting pad at my request. I appreciated that extra customer service.
