"The scope of this work was to provide a 2"x12" treated wood frame and backfill with crushed rock and paver sand in preparation for paver installation. We made a measuring mistake that we had to correct, and did so at the Owner's direction, in a fast and friendly manner. Owner installed pavers. The project was accepted and paid for by the Owner."
"This review is unfair and inaccurate. This project was to fix a lawn sprinkler system that was installed by a homeowner many years earlier, using sub standard parts, with many corners cut to avoid costs. The system had not been used in a few years and deteriorated over time. We requested the homeowner have the meter cleaned prior to the repair work due to very low pressure and flow. The Owner requested that remote control valves be replaced after the work began. Additionally, the weather caused delays as the system had to be drained 3 times and work rescheduled."
