Previously hired them to install racks they did a good job and I called a few weeks later for a large additional rack Mandy in customer was great. Only problem this did not show up as a hire or I would have five hires. Of course I have yet to receive my fifty dollars every time I call itâs in the mail is this a scam?

Ordered safe racks in black from Mandy. When the installers came, the racks were dark grey with silver shelves. I felt I should have been advised of the substitution or mistake and asked if I still wanted them. I was not but I had them installed anyway. The installers were friendly and good. Cleaned up well. They even tested strength of racks. I don't know if I got a deal on the price or not because it was not the color I ordered. I would think twice about using again, based on trust.
