Controlled Air Systems

It is a late review on my part but I owe the feedback to Josh who did great job and our AC is working fine since installation in July 2013. Josh was prompt to reply and provided good advice that time to choose the unit. I will recommend their services and go back for any HVAC related work.

Controlled Air Systems was great! They gave a fair quote after a thorough analysis of our needs, consistently showed up on time or early, and always communicated with us throughout the process of installing our central air/heat system. When we ran into unplanned problems, Josh provided several options and recommendations to help the process move along quickly. He was very professional and the central air/heat and second project (installation of bathroom fan) turned out great! I would definitely use them again!

Work done in accord with the proposal in a very professional way. Extremely friendly and willing to explain what they were doing to me. When they finished the job and left, I could not believe that the backyard was the place where they piled up my rusty and broken old ducts! Very competative pricewise too.

Thought I needed a new A/C unit (different company looked at my old one and said I need to buy a new one and tried to sell me one) but Josh came out, looked at the A/C and said that I just needed a new part. Josh fixed my A/C the same day and it now works great. I will call Josh again for my A/C needs.

Josh is knowledgable and professional. He corrected some code violations. He also kept me well informed about what he was doing, why he was doing it as well as his progress day to day. He worked late to complete the heating ducts so that I could have heat within the time frame he predicted.

Very happy with the overall experience. Our furnace moved into the attic and we gained a closet. The furnace is very quiet, which made our home more comfortable. The efficiency of the furnace is clear as it heats up the house faster and more evenly. The work is neat and everything was done well. Recommended them to someone a day after the work was done and they will be starting on that job soon.

Josh installed ten feet of galvanized steel dryer venting in the crawl space beneath a single family house. All work was completed properly. Josh arrived on time for both the estimate and the job. He complete the job on time and within budget. He substituted an aluminum vent cap for the galvanized vent cap in the proposal.

I was very happy with the quality and quickness of the install. Josh replaced a broken A/C for us. He came out on short notice to attempt diagnose our broken A/C, and was able to replace the unit the next day. He also did some spot repairs on the system that should have been taken care of by the original house builder.
