Ken Eschweiler of Controlled Audio Video LLC, the serviceman I hired for the project, was fantastic. He was very punctual, organized and very neat. He worked very hard and answered all of the questions my wife and I had about the installed Sonos sound system and the Universal Controller. He spent a lot of time going over all of the details. The sound system and Universal Controller that he programmed work great. We called Ken with additional questions and he stopped by our house to go over any questions that we had. I definitely would recommend Ken to anyone who wants to have a home theater surround sound system installed.
