HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Damaged most of my furniture and lost items. Very poor customer service. My insurance company can not get them to return calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The movers from Convenient Lifestyles Moving were very thorough and thoughtful. They took the time to pack our items into the truck in the most sensational way and carefully loaded and strapped everything down. I was incredibly impressed with their endurance, carrying the contents of our one-bedroom apartment up three flights of stairs. I really appreciated their hard work!

We chose Convenient Lifestyles Moving due to their excellent reviews and their low price. The guys did a great job. We used them to move all of our large furniture. My only regret is that we didn't have them move everything! It was a super easy process and It was money well spent.

They loaded a pristine packaged shipment of my furniture and all of my worldly goods, stored them in Florida. When longhaul trucker picked my shipment up in FL, it had been left on the dock in the rain as was completely soaked. It was put on his truck and five days later it was deposited in my new apartment almost completely destroyed by water. all furniture could not be uses and was sent to dump. Papers, photos and framed paintings were damaged. Dont use CLM. The knew it was very wet when trucker picked it up.

"To whom it may concern: We regret the fact that Mr. Hayes was not happy with the service we provided him on his relocation to TX, We have reached out to Mr. Hayes and have asked that he send us pictures of the above mentioned damage to his items, We did receive the pictures and there is no physical damage to any items in the pictures that he sent to our claims department. The only real thing that the photos show as being somewhat questionable as far as the condition of the goods which were transported would go is there are a few boxes that did have slight damage and we have offered Mr. Hayes compensation for this mishap which he declined to accept. We strongly stand behind the service we provide here at CLM and we will always do our best to work with our customers to revolve any issues that may arise on a relocation. But unfortunately we all know in business you can't always make every customer happy regardless of the situation. If perhaps Mr. Hayes decides to change his mind and would like to reach out to us to resolve this matter he is more than welcome to call us anytime!"

I worked with Beverly over the phone. She was prompt and informative. I booked their company the Sunday before I needed to move into a storage unit on July 4th! The price was the most competitive after getting 3 quotes. The team of 2 arrived at 9:45am promptly and early with a 10 am start time. They unloaded a 15" Uhual into a 10X10 storage unit strategically. Very pleased with my work. I will book their company when I move into a new home. In the mean time, time to go shopping or a house!

Very reasonable price to move my 5 bedrooms. They were on time. Beverley made sure to review the pricing with me and to have the workers call me an hour before arrival. I had heard so many bad stories from other people who had moved & had extra charges, lost or broken items - I had NONE of these issues with this company! They arrived a little late but they called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time to tell me that their GPS showed them arriving on time, but the traffic in Miami was horrendous, which it actually was & I was surprised that they were only 15 minutes late!! They took care of fragile items & never complained about the building that we were moving in to would not give them special elevator access (which we were told beforehand that they would). VERY Pleasant gentlemen, please use them & recommend them to your friends who are moving!

Very nice people. They had to bring 3 expensive heavy, heavy, sofa's through a narrow gate. They were so careful. Even with all that weight, the sofa's never even touched the gate. Excellent care taken.
