The only trace that he and his assistant were here once the job was done was the equipment that was installed. There was no materials or packaging left behind that required clean up. Eduardo did a great job replacing our system. He's very reliable and professional and very happy with his services.

The provider was supposed to come and diagnose my well as the water was not flowing to the water diffuser. He then said that he would need to find the well to run a diagnosis. When asked, he said that if they are able to find the well quickly, it would be around 300 plus the 85 for the diagnosis, or if he had to be there all day, it would cost 1200 plus the 85. After 1 hour, they found the well. They then hooked up a pump and checked. They then ran 50 gallons of water to make sure the well pump was operational (which it is) and stated it was in fine working order. He then went to proceed to my water treatment system and told me that my .5 hp pump was malfunctioning or not powerful enough (it has worked fine for 3 years and still does), that my equalibrum pumps were full of water and malfcunioning (which they still work) and then told me the full cost of the jobwould be 6100 or her could jerry rig the pipes and re pipe and bypass my system for 3105. I said that that was ridiculous as there us nothing wrong with my system and that it was just the valve. At this point, all he wanted was money. He tried to get me to finance the job, and after that did not work, he refused to leave without payment. I went inside for a few moments and told him to have his secretary call me back within 30 minutes with the quote and for payment. At that very moment, he packed up all his equipment, put the cap back on the well and literally ran off to another job. Leaving me with no solution, a dug-up yard, a complete mess, and no water to my house. He demanded I pay 1285, but it can be used as a down payment for the remainder of the job if we decide to move forward. Later that night, I messaged him and told him that we would not be moving forward with the job and that I would like a reimbursement of 800 because he found the well quickly. I generously offered him 200 per hour and 85 for the consult (total of 485) for the 2 hours of labor and the consult. He then went completely manic on me via text and even became racist at one point. I have screenshots of the text messages.

Water pump on well went out on a Sat morning. He and his assistant arrived when they said. Ed got pump fixed within what my budget allowed and promptly left. I was able to get to a funeral I was scheduled to help at Church. He explained how things worked and what he replaced.

Ed was great. I had no water coming into the house. Texted with Convenient Water and spoke to Ed who said he could come out the next day, which was Sunday. Troubleshooting took no time, Ed had a number new pumps to choice from that fit my system. I was back up and running within the hour. Ed is truly an honest professional who knows his sh*t. We discussed future options for bettering the well system. Highly recommend!

I researched many companies before calling Convenient Water Treatment. Ed answered so I asked him several questions to see if they offered the type of system I wanted. He knew exactly what I described about the valve, internal resin, base, and carbon to fill the tank. Long story short he's the man to deal with. Ed does what he tells you and no games or price changes. I highly recommend Ed's company for your water solutions.

My well water pump stopped. Called for help and he came two hours after my call. He assessed the problem and solved it efficiently and effectively. Very impressed by his work ethic and demeanor. Would hire again in a minute..

Ed did an amazing job replacing the broken pump in my well. He also saved me over $1,000. Previously, my irrigation company referred me to a different well service who told me they needed to drill out my well to remove the old pump and then use a more expensive model of a new pump. These steps were unnecessary and inflated the quoted cost of the job significantly. Ed came out and used his equipment to remove the old pump quickly and replace it. He's an honest businessman -- I'll be referring him to my neighbors.

This is by far the best contractor experience I have ever had. They arrived early assessed the problem and fixed it. New well pump, casing and electrical work done in less then two hours. Price was good they were great canâ t ask for more. Would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.
