The young men who came to be house were very nice and polite but they were not trained at all and had the wrong equipment (no ladders to get up to the top of the house so that part never got washed. The owner never followed up the second time after the first bad job so I cannot recommend them in fact I would say for power washing I would really go somewhere else.

"Les, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the work. As with all jobs, I make sure (as you and I did before the work commenced) that it was impossible to reach the top portion of the road facing the side of the house (40-45 feet without a lift. I told you that we would wash that side from the ground with our extension wand but did not have a ladder that could reach that height. Both crews have had extensive training by our equipment and cleaning agent company and have performed this type of work dozens of times in the past. Lastly, as the job was being completed the guys called me to say that they had offered to hand wipe any of the areas that had not come completely clean and you declined. When you had questions prior to completion of the job you had reached out to me as I had indicated I am available 7 days a week and addressed your questions that same day. We also did some added work that we did not ask to be paid for in addition to the agreed-upon work. In closing, I'd be happy to refund some or all of the fee if anything that I have just stated is not true. Again, I am available 7 days a week. - Brad Behrendt"

"Per company policy Conway Professional Services makes sure that after a job is completed we ask the client to confirm the job has met their expectations. If it has we ask for a signature for our file. That course of action was followed. After being made aware of the poor review we contacted him and he indicated that he felt we should have power washed the submerged portion of the dock."
