2nd tech was great. Had Conway to do tune up on air conditions. Was at Lowe?s when signed up for service. After tune up down stairs unit started throwing circuit breaker. Called Conway Services. Tech came out and told me first tech had left compressor wire not fully connected after service. Tune up should have included checking all connections. 2nd tech stated wire was loose and compressor burned up and compressor connector was burned up. Talked to manager. Manager stated a poor wire connection would not effect compressor. Talk to other air conditioning installers and they stated due to power surge it could damage compressor in days or weeks. Confirmed with AI.Also on invoice 2nd tech did not indicate loose wire on compressor.Have use Conway for several projects, but they will not own up to mistakes on their part.

Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
After cancelling three consecutive days, Conway Services just can't seem to make it to my house to honor an agreement to perform a tune-up on my HVAC. It should be noted that when I called them to perform $2000 worth of electrical work last week there were here immediately.
The fact that I've already paid for this tune-up makes me suspect that Conway is willing to engage in fraud.

This would get a five, but the dispatch is consistently late whenever I use them.
Brayden came to our home for tune ups to our units as well as a repair. He was awesome. He was knowledgeable, engaging, friendly and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. We really liked him.
Plus, he wasn't pushy on trying to do upgrades, etc that we may not really need.
Brayden is the best service tech we have ever had in our home regardless of which company has been here. He needs a raise.

I needed to replace my furnace and agreed to work with a Conway salesperson at Lowe's. The next day, during a scheduled appointment, I met with a comfort advisor named Joseph to discuss my replacement options. He was a delightful gentleman who gave me plenty of time to make the best decision without any pressure. The following day, installers David and Julian provided excellent customer service. I was genuinely impressed by the professional service rendered by Conway. Overall, it was an exciting experience, and I am now a loyal customer.
