Cook's Plastering

STAY AWAY - Larry collected our job deposit for 50% of the quote. He completed about 10-20% of the work and then started to disappear. He would no longer answer phone calls and we needed to call from disguised numbers to get him to answer. He would say "I'll call you right back" and then never call back. After a month, we realized we had been scammed and had to hire someone else to finish the job. All in all, Larry scammed us out of $2k and cost us close to 2 months on our timeline. There was never an explanation, apology or refund. He simply disappeared. The business should be re-named to Crook's Plastering. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Absolutely unacceptable quality of finishing was done for my drywall install/finishing job. The photos speak for themselves (this is only a select area of what was touched by them). The job was supposed to take a few days, it ended up being more days over several weeks and they did not inform me ahead of time to any delay in their start date or any subsequent working days. I had to call them day of them not showing to get an idea of when they would attempt come. The last day of the job, the owner was working and presented me with something so poor in quality that I was completely disheartened. They were behind in schedule and it showed. What's the point in having anything fixed by him if he doesn't care about the final result... so I didnt even cross that bridge with him. I have since spent time and money fixing his work. Please do not use Cook's Plastering!

Did a Good job on replacing drywall and plastering 4 rooms in my Home.

Mr Cook waS a very pleasant man and gave me a reasonable quote for the dry wall repair that i needed to be done. He was able to do it in a timely manner and was actually very neat about the drywall repair. I was surprised at home little clean up i had after the repair. Would definitely hire them again for dry wall repair in the future.

He was prompt. His quote was what I expected for the job. He did a fantastic job repairing the hole left by the electrician in my plaster ceiling. And, even though the room was obviously in remodel mode, he did not make a huge mess and he left the area clean. Would definitely use him again.

Mr Cook was very pleasant and did a great job on the bathroom wall. We did discuss other projects for the future and will be calling him to complete them very soon. Would highly recommend. Only down side I could think of he is very busy so you may have to wait to have new projects completed.

Larry provided exceptional service. He provided an estimate and did the project right on the spot. His estimate was reasonable. He was a very professional and courteous.

Larry was awesome! He did an excellent job on my textured ceiling repair. Larry was reasonably priced and on time. Highly recommend Larry to everyone and am planning another project with him. Really wish we found him sooner.

Very professional, very efficient, got my whole bathroom done in 3 days. I highly recommend Mr. Cook and his team for your residential job. His work was scheduled within a week and he finished it on time. He did a great job; my new walls never looked better. It is nice to do business with someone so professional and courteous.
