Cook's Services

George Cook is an excellent service provider. He didn t sell me, just gave me the facts, was very helpful, even provided a window ac unit until we had our new ac installed. He provided an estimate of 2-3 days and he delivered in 2; while my regular provider said 3 weeks before they could replace it. I would definitely work with Cook Services again and highly recommend.

It was a very hot Saturday in the summer and I called them at 11 AM and they came down within an hour and fixed the issue in 30 min.

It was great - my central AC not cooling, he figured out what was wrong in like 2 minutes (bad capacitor) and had it repaired in just a few more. Charged a really fair price, no gouging. This guy knows his stuff. I'm enjoying the nice cool air.

I have used Cook a few times now. They are always very responsive to my inquiry and get out to me as quick as possible. Very friendly and easy to work with. Explains everything that is being done throughout the process. Prices are reasonable.

George Cook got back to me within minutes of my online inquiry and then was at my house within the hour after that because he was right around the corner from my house. He looked at my ac unit and completely explained the problem. He had it fixed very quickly and answered my extensive list of questions. He was honest and upfront concerning the price of the job and was very thorough. He took some time with me also to answer some questions about my heat system which was not part of the initial job. I will stay with Cook Services for my next heating and cooling projects. I highly recommend this company.
