Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
Used this Company about a month ago to replace my Central air unit for my rental , spent 15k. A few days ago I called them to diagnose an issue for my other rental property, they came out but I was not able to answer the phone in time to give authorization for the repair due to a family emergency, so they charged me nearly $100 for the service call. The next day I called them and scheduled the repair that following day, only to find out they charged me for the repair and for the service call, most companies will deduct the cost of the service call and apply it to the repair cost, but not these folks. I called and explained myself to a guy named "George" but he did not care about my emergency and would not "waive" or even credit the service call towards the repair bill, he told me it was "unfair" to other customers and there was nothing he could do. I ended up canceling my appt and told "George" I would never do business with this shoddy company again. He didnt care.

Very professional workers. Really nice and knowledgeable of what they are doing. We bought an old house and they really took the time to clean everything, replace all the vents and now itâ s cold at the house. Really in time for this heat.

They were real professionals. 3 person team + part-time electrician who REALLY knew his stuff (knew more about my house than me!). Done in less than 2 days. A bit pricey, but no complaints on workmanship and installation. Runs great!
