I selected Mr. Kelvin Staley because he presented himself and his company in a very professional and courteous manner. My brother lives in Florida and I reside in Georgia. Our elderly sister lives in Charlotte, N.C. We wanted to select a business that we felt would do the best job for us. We do not know Mr. Staley but he came across on the telephone as a very professional and caring person. We went with our gut feeling and hired Mr. Staley. It is very recent since he did the job for our sister, however, from talking to him before, during, and after he completed the job, we feel everything will work out wonderful for our family. He mailed everything to our brother in Florida and explained, in detail,what we needed to do in the event our sister had any questions or was unhappy with anything concerning the job or service he provided for us. We are blessed to have found someone as professional and nice as Mr. Kelvin Staley.

Kelvin provided quite possibly the most courteous and professional service I have ever received from a contractor. His communication was excellent, he was punctual, did what he said he would do and charged half what three other local providers quoted. He even called on Sunday after the job to make sure I was happy with the work. He will get my repeat business and future recommendations. Thanks Kelvin!
