Bryan and Alan installed first heat pump. All went well so 1 month later we had, Bryan and Ernic install a 2nd heat pump. Jimmy back at the shop crafted custom sheet metal housing to connect to air handler. All servicemen were polite, respectful of homeowner and each other, showed up on time and gave good estimate of length of time for job. Cleaned up the worksite at end of day. New appliances working beautifully. Price for the work and the units was competitive.

Hired them 3 years back for a/c repair. Cool Breeze currently maintain my system. Installed a steam humidifier as well last year. Good work.

Ron the owner of the company knows the AC business very well. I ended up needing a new AC unti in the heat of July and he gave me a great price on an AC/Furnance unit that hadn't been replaced since 1991. Everything I read about getting a new one, was the install was more important than the product you choose. Ron and Saul and his team did an excellent job. It wasn't an easy job and there were some glitches but they came back and fixed subsequent things that came up. He is a hard working guy that cares about his business, I would strongly recommend working with them.

$79 just to show up then charged me $60 for a $7 part. Very expensive for 5 minutes of work.

A young Jamaican guy came home, he knew his job very well . They were very quick to respond, were quickly able to see the problem and fixed the problem. I would totally recommend this company to anyone. Amazing customer service and best value for money.
