Bryan and Alan installed first heat pump. All went well so 1 month later we had, Bryan and Ernic install a 2nd heat pump. Jimmy back at the shop crafted custom sheet metal housing to connect to air handler. All servicemen were polite, respectful of homeowner and each other, showed up on time and gave good estimate of length of time for job. Cleaned up the worksite at end of day. New appliances working beautifully. Price for the work and the units was competitive.

Ron the owner of the company knows the AC business very well. I ended up needing a new AC unti in the heat of July and he gave me a great price on an AC/Furnance unit that hadn't been replaced since 1991. Everything I read about getting a new one, was the install was more important than the product you choose. Ron and Saul and his team did an excellent job. It wasn't an easy job and there were some glitches but they came back and fixed subsequent things that came up. He is a hard working guy that cares about his business, I would strongly recommend working with them.

$79 just to show up then charged me $60 for a $7 part. Very expensive for 5 minutes of work.

A young Jamaican guy came home, he knew his job very well . They were very quick to respond, were quickly able to see the problem and fixed the problem. I would totally recommend this company to anyone. Amazing customer service and best value for money.

*first appt-called after I got home to say they didn't have part *2nd-no show. Got discount from company. *3rd-wrong part. Was supposed to get call Monday. Told part would be 3 days. I was upset having come home early 3 days. Got attitude because work was discounted. Had to remind that work was discounted because of their mistakes. When work was complete, still got a call at the end of window to say he'd be late. Work was swift but it took 11 days for completion. Seems my time was not respected. I am conflicted because they were all really nice but I cannot refer them due to the time issues.

Scheduling was a "breeze". They quickly figured out why my heat wasn't working and fixed the problem quickly and at a fair price.

Initial service was excellent. However, promised to come back w/ part the next day, failed to show or call. I called after three more days. They were apologetic and came out same day to complete work.

all the professionals we dealt with were considerate, patient, well spoken, were willing to listen and offered excellent descriptions and explanations. i ended up needing the furnace replaced and in conjunction with a new air conditioner they were able to complete the task in one day.

The owner called promptly the next morning and gave me a great overview of how my problem should be priced - he talked about the necessary profit margin and everything. This let me know he wasn't a crook, unlike another company I had received a quote from. They came out the next two days (had to order a part to install on the second day), and quickly diagnosed and fixed my heating problem.
