I have hired this company and I have worked for this company Dwayne is all about taking care of himself and not his employees. He underpays undercuts yells. He is not somebody you wanna work for a hire You may find his price is cheaper, but with what comes along with those prices is cutting corners. Staff is underpaid so therefore they don?t care about making sure your job is done properly. I have seen it happen numerous times I?ve been told to shut my mouth so please be careful before you hire cool concepts.

Don't hire Cool Concepts to do an epoxy floor in your house. I did - what a nightmare. The owner, Duane Fadley said it would take 3 days. They made so many mistakes that we were out of our house 12 days before we kicked them out and asked for our money back. My floors are awful. The contract says I have to accept up to 5% imperfections, this floor has close to 85% imperfections and now Duane Fadley tells me the floor is "structurally sound." The floor was structurally sound before he started working. It is supposed to be gorgeous and it's covered in flaws. After three attempts to get a decent top coat he gave up and told me he doesn't know what else to try, but, he's not going to give me back my money. Professional, knows the product, relays the process and executes the job quickly. Had an entryway addition to a bedroom which was concrete meeting the original terrazzo and a tiled bathroom. Seamless transition to both now, was a perfect choice. Excellent job. Great to work with someone that takes pride in their work and delivers!

Cool concepts gave us a reasonable quote and provided education on the garage epoxy flooring we were interested in. Duane was professional and explained it all in layman's terms. He was quick to respond and very professional. He and his team arrived on time, were quick and did an OUTSTANDING job. My neighbors have asked for his info. He made sure we were happy with the results. A few months later he even came out free of charge to lay more gloss down after I noticed it wasnt as glossy as the other areas. Again he and his team were prompt and professional. We are so thankful for Duane and his team. Not only do they do great work but they truly care about their customer. We had shopped around and were sold when we met Duane. He has the education and experience. He keeps you informed and explains what he will do. We would HIGHLY recommend Cool Concepts to anyone. Not only was his price reasonable it was GOOD work. I donâ t mind paying for good, quality work these days.
