After hearing your concerns, we rechecked the info. provided on the HA website. Please note the differentiation between "free estimate" and " trip charge" . We have always provided free estimates and are happy to do so. What we do charge for is a service or trip charge to cover our gas / time in diagnosing your problem(s), and we try to keep that charge as low as possible. Ours is one of the lowest in the industry."
