Josh came out with his technician Laurent and spent a lot of time and care diagnosing several possibilities of what was causing my issues. I now have a few avenues I can explore as I decide to replace or repair! I highly recommend Cool Edge!

I was very happy with the job Cool Edge s work and service. The compressor in my heat pump had stopped working and the unit was not heating the air that was coming out of the system. There was an issue with the warranty and the dealer would not cover the replacement part. Josh reached out to the dealer to see if they would cover the part anyway, but they said no so I would need to pay for them. I had decided to replace the compressor myself, but I believed some complications could arise that might be difficult in the process. Josh agreed to work with me on the price and assured me that they would get the system fixed correctly. I trusted them and they scheduled the repair the next day I was available. They swapped out the compressor but also found a couple other issues which they fixed for me at no additional cost. My system is working better than it ever has. I am grateful for the job they did, and I would recommend them without hesitation for your HVAC needs.

Josh was excellent! He was very up front, honest, and explained all the options for my A/C problem. I even looked into another option connected to the Pace program and he was kind enough to send me links to online educational materials for that program (something his company doesn't even work with). I don't find too many businesses these days that are so kind and honest like Cool Edge. Every single technician that came to the house to evaluate, report, and actually do the removal and installation of a new unit were absolutely wonderful to work with, bar none! I highly recommend this team for all your A/C and Heating needs. They're staying on as first place to call!
