The gal making the appointment as well as Jose the gentleman who did the install of an ECOBEE smart thermostat could NOT have been more professional or courteous - really, really great!! Sent ME the appointment in email so went right into my iCal and then texted reminder the moring of and came ON TIME!!!

Jose has incredible knowledge and experience. He is a REAL professional. On-time, friendly, and takes the time to explain what he's doing. I installed my a/c in 2013. I've had four companies come out to find out why my a/c would not cool the house. In the late afternoon, the a/c would climb to 76 degrees then take hours to get back down to 70 degrees. I also had problems with it frequently freezing over. All four companies gave me a different answer, yet none of them fixed the problem. I've spent a fortune. Jose looked at my a/c and within 1 HOUR he identified the problem. The builder installed air handler ducts for a 2 Ton a/c. I have a 4 Ton a/c. This was stopping a massive amount of airflow into the house. He replaced them with 4 Ton ducts and it solved the problem. I can actually get my a/c down to 67 degrees at night and it has never frozen over again! Why didn't the other four companies find the problem? I'll tell you why! Lack of experience and too lazy to go into the attic. Jose will ALWAYS be my a/c guy. He really is the best! If you live in Loxahatchee and you're having the same problem because so many houses were built by the builder, GIVE JOSE A CALL!

Jose came out the same day and got the A/C fixed, plus gave me a realistic expectation of when I might have to replace the whole unit. Cool Express seems fats and reliable. I will use then in the future.

I found this company on Home Advisor and after reading a few positive reviews I decided to book an appointment to get an estimate to replace my duct work. I booked a time for Memorial Day and I followed up with a call on Friday to confirm they could come out since it was a holiday. After speaking with them they actually came out within a couple hours to give me a quote! Jose came out to our house and gave us a prompt quote and was very professional. I could immediately tell their customer service would be exceptional and I decided to go with them for my project. The next day Jose came out to measure for the duct work and by Wednesday morning they were installing the new ducts. It was nice not having a "service window" and knowing exactly what time they would be showing up. Also the communication was great from start to finish, always keeping me in the loop. This is a smaller company and they pay attention to detail and are very concerned about keeping their customers happy. They did a great job on the duct work and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Our A/C was not cooling as expected, so we requested an annual tune-up. Jose came in and immediately saw that the cooling was not 20 degrees below ambient temp. Added 3 lbs. of freon, checked for leaks and changed the filter, which we provided. Excellent service. We will use them in the future.

They called me quickly. Arrived on time on the day of the appointment. The serviceman (I think his name is jose) was so nice and knowledgeable. He worked quickly. I compared the prices he quoted against other providers, and confirmed the price was very fair. I would use them again.

Find Jose from homeadvisor.com, Jose quickly called me and we re set up for appointment for less than 2 hours. He came and checked out the problem and get the parts less then one hour. Replaced condensing cooling motor and blade and capacitor for the compressor then Tested the unit function all good now! Thank you Jose! Great service and very fast response to the request! I will be drop my old air conditioning company which was Aztil Air conditioning (I called them twice for the emergency service call but they didn t return any call!) switching to Cool Express Service.

Jose and Charlie were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in dealing with our issue. I am a Licensed CAM/Property Manager and when my stable of A/C contractors couldn t get to me in a suitable and reliable time I gave Cool Express Service a try. They were able to come to my home earlier than scheduled. They have earned my business for my home and I will be using them for my professional A/C needs. They were priced fair and weren t into gouging like some many are this time of year. Great job!
