Central A/C Installation
Joe did the install in March 2024 and did well, however, Roger is the licensee and he and Joe are no longer working together. The main phone, 850-494-6610, has been disconnected. I have contacted Roger via email and multiple phone numbers, one given to me by Joe, another found on his auto glass company and the Florida DBPR website. He has yet to respond or call me back and it has been four weeks of attempting to reach him. I am having issues and have the AC under warranty but cant reach him to get any repairs done. It seems he has decided to quit responding or answering any follow-ups. His license is active until 8/31/2024. Do not do any work with Roger.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Joe was amazing. He got my husband the exact system he wanted and made his vision for how he wanted it installed come true. The customer service and work ethic was top notch. We could not have asked for a better person or company to do this project. Joe will always try to beat other prices as well. It was a wonderful experience. Please trust me when I say do not go to another company go with Joe!

If you get a quote from anyone, make sure you get one from Joe at CoolHeatGuys. He is not a hardcore sells guy, he is the installer. He worked hard to get this one installed. He truly does want to see his customers happy. Very honest at a very good price. My daughter has dreaded this for months but this morning she is still yeehiiing. She loves her new system. The only way you can tell Joe was there is the shiny system he installed. Joe upgraded this one and it actually works like an AC is suppose to. He even put in a UV light since my granddaughter has allergies. Thank you Joe. Thank you HomeAdvisor.
