Great handyman. Very open to give good advices.

Nice person but could not manage time or projects well. His workers did very inferior work and many details left undone. Need to hire another company to come in and repair and complete project.

We paid Cool Kings to complete several projects in our home: re-tile master bathroom, install drywall (12ftx3ft)/new shower door/vanity/light fixture and hang mirrors. In the guest bathroom: install vanity and tile under vanity. Also: in the hallway: install new drywall (9ftx3ft) and baseboard. They completed several of the projects. However, they have been paid and did not complete the following projects in the master bathroom: install new shower door/light fixture/re-work on vanity. In the hallway: install baseboards. Their finished work is adequate at best with rework needing to be done. I have been trying to contact the owner (his name is T). I have called numerous times over the past three months. The owner will not pick up the phone. I sent an email. He has not responded to my calls or email. This is a shame.

One worker was hurt on the job, so they weren't able to finish. I called to see how he was, and he was good. They were supposed to come back and never did. Unreliable.

Used this "home advisor" service for the first time and received service from Cool Kings to install an above the range microwave. Received service in less than 24 hours from making the connection. Great customer service and work. A bit pricey, but I received fast service and had my microwave installed in less than an hour, it is what it is.

The handyman was polite and kept me informed about his arrival time. After each job was finished, he asked me to inspect it to make sure I was satisfied with what was done. He exhibited experience with his work and wasted no time in getting the job done.

Service was a little pricey compared to other estimates, and thank God I had cash available that day, i believe if I used credit card the estimate was going to be more.

Tee was very professional and came out after hours the same day I called to install my new dishwasher. He was also very reasonable.

Nate called me ahead of time to verify the type of work being performed to ensure everything ran smoothly and I assume to ensure all equipment was either on site or could be attained ahead of time. Nate arrived earlier than expected (pro) and seemed to have been training a gentleman named Lamont as well on the day of install. Both were very friendly, personable, and delivered a quality install without inconveniencing me to assist with the uninstall, cleanup, or installation PLUS the guys are true troopers, because the previous homeowners used the garbage disposal so frequently the smells that came out of those hoses were similar to that of... death. Nate was very knowledgeable about how to bypass some of the challanges of my new dishwasher installation. After the guys wrapped up and cleaned everything up, they left and the dishwasher ran its cycle.. and attempted to drain, and attempted to drain again, and again and again so I did need to inform Tee the owner that there was a problem and Nate and Lamont came right back out to troubleshoot and get it running. One thing I would improve upon is communication - the owner Tee originally quoted me $150 for installation and haul away, but a man driving by came and picked up the old dishwasher for FREE dollars (which Nate could’ve, should’ve informed Tee of before my card was charged) but Tee initiated the $15 refund same day within the hour. All in all, I’m pleased with the installation and the pricing was cheaper than what Lowe’s or Home Depot would have charged for the same work. The language was colorful at times, so the more conservative crowd may want to use caution but Nate seems to be a genuine good guy with the sense of when and where it’s “okay” to be more down to earth. on time, very knowledgeable, very polite and personable. cleanup wasn't complete but lack of time might have been cause. all jobs completed. a bit pricey. rather see hourly rates instead of 5 hour blocks.

They kept in contact on their arrival. This was so refreshing as the previous arrangements made through Lowe’s never arrived

From start to finish, Cool Kings was efficient and reliable which is important in Florida. He made sure that I was satisfied before he left. His price was very fair. Yep, I will be calling on there services again.
