Above and beyond any expectations. I called after hours and Gabriel came right over. He said he didn't want my wife and me to have to wait in the 95+ temps until the next day. Replaced a faulty capacitor and was finished in less than 20 minutes. Didn't charge me a cent. It is rare you find someone standing behind their product as Gabriel. The owner Gabe personally contacted me and set up a time to come check out my situation. He talked me through what he was doing so I didnt feel clueless. He fixed my drain pan issue in just a few minutes and gave me tips on how to maintain my unit without costly repairs. Like cleaning coils and introducing me to chlorine tablets for the drain pan.

I have initially called Cool Nation to do a service on our 12 year old A/C unit. Upon inspection Mr. Case found a leak and after discussing the pro and cons of repair vs. replacement, we have agreed on the latter. He has advised us on which unit would be the best for our budget, the quoted price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I have received and he was back in 3 days to complete the work. Our new unit works amazingly well, cools the house in minutes and quiet as a mouse :) He did a very tidy installation, took away our old inside and outside units and was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cool Nation for A/c repair, replacement and service. Five stars all around!!!
