Very pleasant and professional.

The appointment was very easy to set up, and the technician that came to my house was on time and very friendly. I’ve only had one service but so far so good. The only negative was that the technician left my pool pump running full speed and never switched my timer back on. A minor hassle but I was hiring a pool service because I’m recovering from surgery and can’t walk very well (which they knew). All in all a good experience and I would recommend to others.

Do not use this company! I hired Terry to drain and clean our pool and clear the blocked pump lines of leaves. We were also going to hire him to do regular weekly maintenance as well. He was a completely friendly individual at first, but after he drained and cleaned the pool he told me (via text) that it was our responsibility to reattach the drain covers at the bottom. We were fine with this, except when we got home he had already put the hose on in the pool and there was 3 feet of water in it. Since our pump lines were blocked, we couldn't drain the water ourselves, and reattaching the drain covers required using a drill. I had paid him in advance for all of his work but obviously we had to have him come back out to re-drain the pool so the covers could be attached with the drill. He tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for this AFTER THE FACT for a "trip fee" even though it was HIS MISTAKE that he put the hose on in the pool without telling us and that was the whole reason we couldn't attach the covers ourselves. He also tried to tell us that our pool pump needed the sand replaced and he literally said he was going to dump the old sand in an alley. What?!?! We ended up telling Terry not to come back because he wanted the additional $95, so in all we paid him $325 to drain and clean the pool when that amount was also supposed to include clearing the pump lines and balancing the full pool. Our new pool guy fixed everything for us for way less and says our sand doesn't even need to be replaced. Cool Pools totally ripped us off!

Terry is very professional. He keeps us aware of specific cleaning or maintenance that is needed and provides quality service . We are very unaware of the chemicals etc that are needed to maintain the pool and he educates us as to what extra services are needed as to when and why,. He is very reliable and is very concientious about making sure our pool is clean and safe.

Works with me for payments

You'd better know what you need to be done. Otherwise you don't get your money worth it.

So far so good. They're draining my pool and scrubbing off the calcium deposits next week.
