Cool Pools

Iâ m honestly shocked by some of the poor reviews. I received amazing customer service throughout the entire process. Kind, professional, responsive, and informative. I have to say that I am hard to please and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

This company is TrueType a waste of money! I hired them because I wanted the pool I purchased installed and the seller's recommended installer had a waiting list of 5 weeks out. After finding brandon and his band of misfits , he showed up with some high school kids that were out for the summer. He made me take 2 days off from Work and he never showed up. When they finally showed up the contracted a grader who completely destroyed my lawn . The proceeded to install the pool , when I saw the amount of sand I questioned was that enough as the installation instructions called for 6 tons of sand , Brandon only put 3 tons . The pool had foot prints in the bottom of the pool I could feel them with every step. After about 2 weeks of having the pool grass started to grow into the bottom of the pool. Let me be clear , this guy took$1800 and used my round up and my ant bait and my rubber mallet to install the pool. He is not prepared . He is a con artist. When I called him to come repair the pool he recommended I buy a Buffalo liner for the pool, I told him that I would. I paid $250 for the liner and also purchased a pool cove. I told Brandon that I purchased the cove and wanted him to install it because based on all the research I have done it was good to have with the liner. Brandon said ok. The day he came to install a brand new liner and install the Buffalo liner and the pool cove he decided to tell me there is a charge for the cove install. He showed up with his uncle to do the repairs. Needless to say his â uncle did not have a clue what the hell he was doing. So I ended up to make a long story short, paying this crook $1800 plus $250 for the Buffalo bottom plus $$320 in water to fill drain and refill plus $75 for cove install. This company is a crap company! Stay away . These guys are not a legitimate company. He asked me to write the $1800 check to his name but the $75 check to cool pools. These guys are a rip off and I will be reporting them to the BBB and the IRS

I hired Brandon to install an above ground pool, ever since the pool was done I can not get in touch with Brandon, my pool is cloudy, either the wrong sand is in my filter or not enough sand in the filter, now I need to hire somebody else to come out and fix my pool

Always there when promised my pool is beautiful. Only reason for 4.5 is I got a salt water pool and he installed without problem but didn't know a lot about its operation. He did tell me that he's still new to that system. Was done when promised. Enjoying my new pool. Prices were good very good customer service.

We purchased a pool on June 8th and another pool installation company was referred to us (Pro Line Installations). We contacted them on June 10th and they scheduled us for the week of July 15th. Long story short, after this four week wait they ghosted on us. Thankfully, we found Cool Pools and Brandon through Home Advisor! We called him and he responded in a reasonable amount of time. He explained his process and price and gave us a date as to when he could get the job done. I asked him how long he'd been in this business and how many times he'd done this type of installation. He has decades of experience and is very knowledgeable in the area of pools. He followed through with his communication every time he said he would. We called him on a Wednesday and explained that our pool was supposed to be installed that week by the other company but they didn't do what they said they said they would. Brandon was sympathetic of our plight. He started the grading and prepping of our site that Thursday and by Friday, we had our pool installed and ready for the deck to be built starting the following Monday!
