Super fast and efficient service, I got an estimate the same day I called. Mario helped me from start to finish he was professional and patient. I highly recommend Cool Pros for all HVAC needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Mario over the 4th of July weekend and cannot thank him enough for his help. On July 3rd my central air conditioning system broke down, leaving my family to bake in 100-degree heat leading up to the holiday weekend. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Mario who was able to get me a same day consultation and quoted me a repair price that was fair and competitive. I immediately scheduled the repair and he said he could get to work the day after the holiday. I was extremely grateful, but still concerned primarily for my mother, who is nearly 90 years old, and going to have to suffer through the heat for the next couple days. To my surprise, Mario came by with a temporary portable A/C unit that he was able to set up in her bedroom, for no extra charge, so that she would be comfortable until he could come with his team after the holiday. This gesture alone was so thoughtful and assured me that we were in good hands. Mario’s team arrived first thing in the morning on July 5th and let me know the job would take until the end of the day, but they worked so fast that they wrapped up at about 1pm, and my A/C was working perfectly. I couldn't believe it. Mario genuinely cares about his clients, and I highly recommend CoolPros to anyone who needs quality work done in their home.
