The technician came on time as agreed upon. He was very professional, courteous and clean. Moved a desk to get easier access to my ductless unit, and put it back after he was done. He did a thorough cleaning of my unit and while he did add that I needed additional Freon, he did show me the meter readings before and after. I think the price I paid was reasonable for same day service and I will definitely use him for maintaining my other units.
