"She is correct. This woman had a pipe running to her hot water heater burst in her attic and called for emergency services on Christmas Eve. I showed up and did not have the supplies I needed to fully fix it due to the forty other calls we received that day, and nowhere had the parts available. It was also past 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve, so everywhere was closed until Monday, so I jury-rigged it until I could make it back.
