My system went down. I called for repair. cool time showed up on time And in a timely manner had my system diagnosed. the system was old and outdated. So we made a decision not to repair. We had the system replaced, the job was done in timely manner and very professional staff. We appreciate everything you have done for us.

Alex was great and was able to provide me with a competitive quote and fast installation when our upstairs AC compressor exploded on our 15 year old system. Alex was able to guide is through the tradeoffs for different price-point systems and ultimately we feel like he helped us make the best choice for our situation. I'll definitely be calling Cool Time in the future for any of my other AC needs!
