Always courteous, always clean & professional

Trying to resolve an issue since December 2025. Donna did reach out for more information early January. I haven't heard back. I sent 3 follow up emails, not a word. Now I believe they are just ignoring. Cool Today installed my AC, and I have the monthly service plan, so it's really poor Customer Service. Now I'm considering switching.

I’ve used Cool Today for a couple of years. They have done AC maintenance and repairs, plumbing repairs and electrical maintenance. They have been responsive and shared what was or could be happening. I will happily use them again and again!

Herbert Ramos, a technician from Cool Today recently did my semi-annual HVAC inspection. He did a Great job from start to finish! He was punctual, professional, explained what he was doing, why it was important, and made a couple recommendations on what I could do to keep my unit run efficiently and last longer. His work was thorough, his knowledge was obvious, and is refreshing having been taken advantage of in the past by a different company. I highly recommended his services!

The technician Devin was very professional and did a great job. He was very courteous and promptly on time. He explained every step in the process and carried out each one efficiently. He answered all my questions and showed me a few options for other comfort improvements in the future. Definitely a five star experience.

Cool today installed a new a/c unit and it was a great experience

I had the A/C tune up/inspection. I have had a few different people out over the years but this is the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel they offer much more than other companies with their check up. More than that they are very honest and straight forward. I had Jackson come to help me out with my A/C and his straightforward honesty and explanation of both my needs and the services offered put me at ease to finally get some work done that I had been putting off due to being scammed by other companies with hidden fees, added cost, and manipulative sales pitches. I will definitely be doing business with them again and I hope that that always send Jackson to service my home! They also send a very comprehensive explanation with photos of all work done and why they believe you need certain things done. Very good company!

Fernando was persistent and outstanding.

The unit was installed by CoolToday with a warranty for parts and labor. The unit clogged but did not turn off. Water leaked downstairs causing damage. The technicians didn?t know why it the shut off switch failed. So, there is a risk this may occur again. I was charged for the service visit even though I have a warranty. The was a disappointing experience.

2025 is my third year using Cool Today for the annual “check-up” for the new HVAC I installed in 2022. I have found them to be reliable, reasonable in price, and their service techs are the nicest people I’ve ever had do maintenance for my home! 🙂 I recommend calling in March or April to schedule your pre-summer AC service, with heat starting earlier they book fast.

Devin Richard serviced my 4 y.o. a/c and did a competent job of checking components and cleaning as needed. As I suspected, the capacitor was marginal, being over 4 years. Devin showed me the voltage reading so I knew he was telling the truth. Having had this experience in previous homes, I knew a capacitor failure could lead to worse damage so I had it replaced right away. All in all, a very good job.

Came out for follow up today . Did a good job. Returned for minor detail, they over looked.

Technician Yssac was courteous, professional, took time to explain what is needed to be done with the AC, cleaned parts, changed filter, he sweated his tail off on hot humid day out side working on the system, great guy, respectful also, knows his business, no other technician will I request from Cool Day, but Yssac, he familiar with the work he did on my AC and what's recommended, next in my budget I will have recommended work done, thumps up to you Yssac 👍.

I have used this company in the last couple years for HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, particularly their maintenance plan. which I am religious about scheduling these services and make any repairs or additional services and repairs their technicians have recommended. however, most recent events shows lack of following through especially any form of communication from a supervisor as to how they plan to resolve my air conditioning issue. this company installed a brand new carrier HVAC unit approx. 2years ago, they recommended a pretty top of the line unit costing over 18K .Only for the motor and the smart wall unit to just completely break down. this was about 13days ago. and still no resolution despite me contacting them every couple of days to only be told that parts are in back order. I have submitted a complaint and yet no call from a supervisor. I am sorry, there has to be a plan B.... Meanwhile, the weather is soon going back to the 80s and I have senior parents in the house .

The Tex?s were efficient, professional and very nice people. They worked quickly and saved our lives ! We were without air conditioning for a couple of days. I would recommend them any time.

First tech did not do the job right so waited four days for the second tech to fix the AC. The second job seems to be working. They did not charge me for the second visit.

Jefferson is very knowledgeable and takes the time to check each item to see if there is a problem.

If you're thinking about buying an AC from Cool Today, get ready to hand over your hard-earned money to a company that does not care about you. This was truly the most unprofessional, incompetent, uncaring, frustrating company I've ever dealt with. They leave work unfinished, take zero accountability for their own issues, and refuse to follow up until their customers force them to. And if you think you'll get as much as an apology after going through all that, you can forget about it. They just do not care. If I could give them negative stars, I would. If I could go back in time and choose a different AC company, I most definitely would.

Tech showed up on time and was kind but was not able to locate one of the drainage lines and then had me physically do a lot of the work when I did not have time in my day to do so. Would have expected someone to take care of all aspects of the job as if I were not home and did not understand the inability to locate one of the drainage lines.

Water Treatment and healthy drinking water in Central Florida is always top of mind, and Cool Today, Orlando did an excellent job getting to our ongoing situation. The team?s professionalism and knowledge helped us find a solution to a situation we had been facing for almost an entire year. Well done!! ?

The service technician was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Ysaac Bello, the Cool Today technician was pleasant & answered all of our questions & concerns. Ysaac serviced our HVAC system & we are very satisfied.
